The first ever Nokia Thames Swim between Hampton Court Palace and Kingston!

Looking to do a little something before london tri anyone??
A brand new addition to the
Human Race calendar, our first ever Nokia Thames Swim on Sunday August
1st. The Nokia Thames Swim is part of the Nokia Outdoor Series, a
selection of events designed to celebrate the great outdoors and enable
you and your friends to enjoy being active in some of the UK's most
spectacular locations.
Radley Thursday Morning Swim Session Cancelled

Due to dwindling attendance we have been forced to cancel the Thursday morning swim at Radley College with immediate effect. There will be no further swims at Radley on a Thursday morning. Please remember we have a 90 minute session there on a Wednesday evening from 7.30-9pm. Your continued support for this session is vital to ensure its continued viability, please use it or risk losing it.

Open Water Swimming

Lets's hope that the warm weather continues ready for the first swim at Dorchester on Saturday 1st May.
Please note the swim rules on the website, and ensure that you come to your first session at least 15 minutes early, in order to check in and to familiarise yourself with the new rules. Download a disclaimer, fill it out and bring it along to the session with your membership card. We will retain the disclaimer and mark your card to indicate receipt of the disclaimer.
Turbo Training
Posted April 25th, 2010 by Mike DunmoreAs the first BaRTT is next Tuesday 27th April there will be no Turbo session. These will now cease until the end of the BaRTT series. I will be in touch with a restart date a bit nearer the time. Thank you to everyone who supported the sessions through out the year, & I hope you all race well in the coming season.
Open Water Swimming

Hello all ,
Phil and I have been to the new lake this morning and it was a stunning 15 Deg C this is an increase of 3 Deg in a week. The course looks good and the sailing guys very friendly.

Maidenhead aquathon

"We are running a local aquathon - 400M Swim / 5K Run on June 20th at St Pirans School in Maidenhead from 2PM. All profits go to the charitable trust The Hughes Sport Foundation helping young athletes.

Run Technique Sessions

all abilities & speeds. They work specifically on leg strength
& leg speed, and are designed to leave you able to do the swim
session afterwards. As usual they will be on the Dragon school field.

Oxford Tri Training weekend (1st/2nd May)

I can now confirm that we will also have fantastic triathlete Jodie Swallow coaching on the weekend!!! There is no need for me to tell you who she is!)
