Unfortunatly there was an incident where a car door was opened into the path of Clive in Kirtlington and he was knocked off and suffered minor injuries. As a result we will be delaying opening the next BaR for a couple of days to double check our H&S stuff.

I know there were some good women's age group results too but unfortunately they chose not to include them. For the record - big congratulations due to Jane Bell, who came 3rd in the F50-54 category.

As a follow up to the talks, book and hype from Chris McDougall on barefoot running, I have some positive news from Graham, physio and owner of Run Oxford - shops in Little Clarendon Street and Covered Market.

Run Oxford will be stocking some of the range of Terra Plana products including the Evo - with Vivo Barefoot Technology.

Last night saw a dry but slow eveing at Bletchingdon; Results are now available on the BaR Series Tab.

13 People Did Not Start (DNS) last night and I know there were other who wished to take part; Please plan ahead and cancel your signup by Sunday night if you do not wish to take part, this give other people a chance to sign up before the start list is sorted on Monday morning,

Well that’s one of the biggest races in Europe and one of the busiest times for the club done for another year. What a fantastic couple of days. Big thank you to all that turned up and helped out over the weekend. Special thanks to Sean who worked hard to make sure we had enough people there and Tim whom checked who was there on the day. If you did two days big thanks I know how tiring that is.

I know a few of you have signed up to this already and it would great to have as many oxford tri members taking part as possible.  Lots of prizes and fun, fun, fun!

Please note that the Dragon school pool is closed for half term this Friday 28 May and Monday 31 May.
