Does anybody know of, or is the club planning to schedule any run sessions concentrating on technique? I recall in the past there used to be Pose sessions on a Monday, do these still go on?
My running always lets me down (shortly followed by the other two disciplines) as anybody who has competed with my can testify so looking for help!
