Membership renewal

There are only a few of the free swim DVD's left. All you out there who haven't re-newed the time is nigh!
We will be getting more strict at coached sessions and asking to see your membership card.

For those angels who have already re-newed don't forget to collect your DVD - there will be one with your name on - shout up so we know who you are. We are generally at Monday and Friday swim sessions and Tuesday turbo session.
