What a fantastic day, massive thanks to all that turned up to help and marshal, nothing but praise and smiles from the competitors.

Big thanks to Claire and Tim who did a massive job to make it all run so smooth.

And I thought taking part in these events was hard work!  Seriously thanks to all at the club for making my first club tri such a delight - and my sis who spectated couldn't believe how friendly everyone was and she's a rottweiler so it must be true!
