Unfortunatly there was an incident where a car door was opened into the path of Clive in Kirtlington and he was knocked off and suffered minor injuries. As a result we will be delaying opening the next BaR for a couple of days to double check our H&S stuff.
Hope you recover well and soon Clive.
Entry for round 6 is now open, please ensure everyone takes extra care on the roads and is there at 1855 for the brief.
My fist is larger than Frank Bruno's, but the hospital didn't think anything was broken - apart from my pride and nearly new bike! I would like to thank everyone who tended my wounds and made sure I was ok before I went home. Apologies to other people on the course who had to slow down through Kirtlington - if it was up to me I would knock 2 minutes off everyone's time! I think it was a freak accident that hopefully won't happen again.

Very glad nowt is broken and thanks for the update. Guess you'll just have to rest and eat lots of ice cream. Take good care
