Noe Orozco and Peter Larbalestier will host this year's beginners' evening at the Oxsrad Centre.  The session is aimed at newcomers to multi-sport preparing initially for shorter distance races and is a good opportunity to meet other like-minded people.  We will discuss all aspects including training, race day preparation, equipment, nutrition and of course safety. Other club coaches will be on hand to share their experience and help out with the Q&A session.

The meeting is open to members and non-members alike.  Come along with your enthusiasm!

A couple of questions...

  1. Is this open to people who aren't beginners, but are new to OxfordTri?
  2. Is there any content that is useful to new members of the club or is it all for people new to the sport?

Hi Paul,

welcome to the club! It's open to everyone, but aimed at those new to tri altogether. There'll be plenty of OT regulars there but otherwise just get along to a Sunday ride or a Monday swim. Any questions about the club, the forum is a good place to start.
