In the past there has been a steady informal run, leaving from the Dragon at 7pm, lasting about 45 minutes therefore allowing time for a quick shower before swimming. We generally ran up the Woodstock Road to the roundabout, along Sunderland Avenue, back down the Banbury Road and through Norham Gardens to the Dragon.
Should anyone wish to join me I propose starting this up again today. - Although it is all on footpaths Hi Viz is still a good idea.
