Eynsham Duathlon 2010

Dear All

This is just to let you all know that this years Eynsham Roadrunners Duathlon will be taking place at Eynsham pavilion on the morning of Sunday 14th March, and you are all welcome and strongly encouraged to take part. A fair few of you have been to this event in the past and know that it is a low-key friendly but nonetheless competitive event. In fact its turning into a bit of a Town vs Gown event as the Ou Tri club usually send a good few speedy athletes too!

but the highlights are:

* 3 mile run, 11 mile bike, 1.5 mile run

* £4 entry fee

* no long drive to the event, you can easily cycle from Oxford

* homemade cakes if I'm organised (!)

* changing facilites

* prizes

* friendly marshalls (thank you Eynsham Roadunners!!!)
