avoidance; Maintaining interest.

Triathlon coach Steve Trew and SwimForTri coach Dan Bullock are running a triathlon training weekend at the Guttman Centre in Stoke Mandeville on 14/15th January.  Given the time of year the focus is mainly on technique but plan is for the weekend to include 3 practical swimming sessions, a track session and a turbo session as well as a mental attitude session and a visualisation/relaxation session ... and a guest speaker (previous include Paula Craig, Sian Brice, Marc Jenkins).

Hey guys!

We have decided the date for the Christmas Bartt. It will be saturday 10th December, at 10.30am. (weather permitting!)

Be there for a slightly shorter version of the normal Bartt (1 lap 2 laps 2 laps format) in your best festive wear! There will be time penalties for those NOT in festive costume..and this year we want more than JUST a santa hat!

I am going to try and organise mulled wine/juice and mince pies afterwards...there might be a token charge for them....!

Today I had my mountain bike stolen in Oxford, and I have the first of four duathlons (Iceman) on 19th Nov.

If you can help, otherwise I'll go and do four trial runs on each day.
